2. Proposals & Payments

All services are outlined in project proposals. Work begins after payment is received as agreed. Retainers and monthly services are billed on a recurring basis.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to relevant content, assets, and feedback. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverables once full payment is made. SUX DIGITAL LTD retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Projects can be cancelled by either party. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Any unused retainers or pre-paid time may be refundable at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

SUX DIGITAL LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from service interruptions, website downtime, or third-party tools.

7. Updates

We may update these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
